Colorado Springs, CO – It has been obvious for years that Tour Arena and the people of SIHA have been tremendous supporters of the Professional Inline Hockey Association and again they prove they believe that professional hockey needs to be a part of the roller hockey world. Thanks to RC Sports, ISPN, and SIHA, starting at the 2010 RC Nationals PIHA teams that played in the prior regular season will have the opportunity to play for a combination of $12,000 to winners of Pro and Minor divisions.
“An annual trip to the Colorado Springs area is something each of our teams should look forward to. The relationship with SIHA has continued to grow since the emergence of the Rocky Mountain Division and we look forward to RC Nationals for this year and years to come ,” said newly appointed league President, CJ Yoder.
On the weekend of June 18-20 at Tour Arena in Colorado Springs, CO the Professional Inline Hockey Association will wow the youth crowds at RC Nationals as they vie for a split of $12,000 in cold hard cash! Any PIHA pro team from the 2009-2010 season can make their way to the Springs as $10,000 in prize money will be awarded to the Pro division while the Minors will be battling for a split of $2,000. “We are very excited to host some of the best teams in the country again here at Tour Arena. The PIHA Finals was a tremendous experience for us here and we look forward to having even more teams showcased as part of our RC Nationals,” said facility manager, Bill Mulhern.
With the help of great organizations like SIHA, ISPN, and RC Sports, there will be only minimal entry fees for the Minor division with the Pro division costing NOTHING!
