Gold Divisions might be starting but all eyes were on 4 close champioship games on the arena.

Today we had some tight semi-final games in Mite Platinum and Gold. The St Louis Tour Blast upset the Coast 2 Coast squad in a battle of Missouri teams. The Tour Roadrunners won a goalfest 7-6 over the Reebok 2000′s. The Runners took the Mite Gold NARCh cup home to the already growing collection of hardware this year for “Vio” and his Army. Platinum had North Carolina’s Dream Sports Dragons grab a last second win over the Tour Scorpion 2000′s. They unfortunatly fell to a very fast Rink Rat Mission California team in the Final.

The Katios hockey club is also stocking up. They put on a great showing at last years Finals. They brought more teams this year and their experience to Florida and so far are heading home withat least three NARCh cups. They beat the Nor Cal Extreme in a wild 3-2 Bantam Silver championship game. Thriller was the word of the afternoon. The Bantam Club didnt disappoint either as the Tour Roadrunners 96 squad made their organization 5 for 5 in championship games so far.

There are so many great things that come out of being a part of NARCh Finals. One of the best things for me is seeing teams from different parts of the world play against each other. They also build friendship through being at the rink and hanging out at a sponsors area or even during a skills competition. The social media today is helping bring more people closer and we do it as well with our Facebook page and you can also follow NARCh President Daryn Goodwin on Twitter (NARChBoss).
