AIHL 2010-2011

A lot is on the horizon for the upcoming season.  Many of the sucessful attributes of the AIHL will continue to be highlighted.  The league champions will once again be crowned at ESPN Wide World of Sports next Memorial Day weekend.  The very popular “This Week in the AIHL” program brought to you by Ratcast will return with an aggressive and inflated role in 2010-2011.

Many new features will also be implemented.  Top on that list is of course the new AIHL website, hosted by pointstreak.  The league experimented with this during the AIHL Finals and never looked back.  “We anticipate a much more exciting season this year because of the improved website,” remarked League Commissioner Anthony Flynn.  He would later go on to add, “Last year we had such a good competetive league, but the flaws in the website prevented the appropriate buzz the league deserved.” The league is also considering an all-star game and league awards dinner to be added to the championship weekend at Disney.

The league is currently accepting applications for new organizations up until August 15, 2010.
