MLRH To Honor Joe Cook

MLRH opening night, in October of 2011, Anaheim Bullfrog fans will have a lot to celebrate with the return of one of the most popular teams in the history of Orange county.
The return of the Bullfrogs to MLRH action will be a very special event as the league and Bullfrog fans honor number 47, Joe Cook, a four time RHI all star and winner of three RHI and one MLRH world championship(s).

MLRH declares, this momentous evening, “Joe Cook night” and the Anaheim Bullfrogs out of respect for all of Joe’s accomplishments, on and off the rink in Orange county, will be unveiling number 47 as it will be displayed in it’s final resting place, at the 949 roller hockey center for all to see and celebrate high above the playing surface.

Chairman emeritus, Bob Elder, will be hosting the on floor event, where Joe will be remembered and recognized for his accomplishments as the top defenseman in points and goals for the Anaheim Bullfrogs.

Join MLRH, it’s owner and president Bill Raue, the 2011Anaheim Bullfrogs and their ownership, the players and the Cook family as we reminisce, review and look back on an amazing career of one of the most popular players in the history of the Anaheim Bullfrogs.

After the retirement presentation, MLRH fans in attendance and those watching worldwide on Roller Hockey TV will be treated to a special bonus, as Joe himself will provide the color commentary to the MLRH Anaheim Bullfrogs game viewed exclusively on! MLRH fans around the world will be encouraged to “twitter” their thoughts and well wishes to Joe on this night live during the webcast.
