Mission Axiom Launches New MLRH Website
Pro roller hockey fans will be able to follow the MLRH champions, Mission Axiom with the debut of their new website. The site will keep fans up to date on “everything Axiom” with news about the team. The Axiom has already announced their return to MLRH to defend their title and prove to be a huge fan favorite in the upcoming season. Last season the game between Axiom and their heated rivals, the Pama Cyclones attracted over 12,000 viewers on Roller Hockey TV. With Axiom bad boy, Chris Connole has developed a cult following with Axiom fans as well as the wrath of opposing team fans.
Kids to Play on Roller Hockey TV.net
The NHL plays on NBC and the Versus network, but young Michigan roller hockey players will have the chance to play live on Roller Hockey TV.net on Saturday May 14th at Rochester Hills Skating and Sport.
“We love the ideas said MLRH commissioner Doug Jones, the kids get to play on a professionally produced show and little Timmy’s grandparents get to watch him in Omaha and Uncle Ned in Philadelphia.”
Bullfrogs Announce First Player Signing
The Anaheim Bullfrogs have announced their first player signing and it is a big one. The Frogs have acquired former pro ice player Brian Steiner of Huntington Beach, CA.
At 6’ 4” and 230 pounds, Steiner is a hard hitting power forward, the likes of Darren Langdon and Daren Banks. Look for him to debut opening night.
Before joining the Bullfrogs, Steiner enjoyed a pro ice career that included stints with the Amarillo Rattlers of the WPHL, the Saginaw Gears of the UHL, before moving onto the WCHL where he skated for the Fresno Falcons and Phoenix Mustangs. Steiner completed his pro ice career in Europe playing for the Amsterdam Tigers and Bayreuth ESV in Germany.
