The Green & Gold to hold open camp for Jr’s, Masters, Minors & Pro’s

The Pennsylvania Typhoon announced today their open camp dates and times for the 2011/2012 season. Players 15 years of age and older are invited to a three day training camp run by the Typhoon coaching staff. The Typhoon organization will field a Pro, Minor, Master and a 15 to 18 year old Jr team for the first time this season.

Three camp dates have been set at Doc’s Family Fun Center in Middletown, Pa. On Saturday, Jul 30th, 2011 a pre-camp meeting for all players will begin at 8:30pm. Minor/Master players will take the floor at 9:00pm to10:00pm, with the Pro/Jr players from 9:30pm to 11:00pm. The second date is set for Tuesday, Aug 2nd, 2011. The Minor/Master players will skate from 6:30pm to 7:30pm and the Pro/Jr players from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. The final date will be on Saturday, Aug 6th, 2011starting at 6:00pm with all players at all levels either skating, completing photo’s and bio’s or sizing for uniforms. At 8:00pm the “Green & Gold Buffet”, served by selected returning players, will be offered to all campers. Also at that time individual player/coach meetings will take place.

Cost for Minor/Master players will be $35.00 per player. Pro/Jr camp fee will be $45.00 per player. At the end of camp, selected players must be prepared to pay a $100.00 fee to hold their position on the Typhoon roster.
Fees cover all three camp dates, so players are encouraged to attend each of the camp dates.
