The Midget AAA Championship wrapped up and the Tour Bordercats have been crowned champions in that division for the 2nd straight summer. Last year they knocked off the Tour Jr. Mudcats as first year Midgets, and this year they held off the Excitement 3-2 to end their TORHS Midget careers.
Midget AAA Awards:
High Scorer – Alex Aleardi, FTB
Top Goalie – Curran McNamara, Tour Excitement
Revision Defenseman Award – Ryan Kish, Tour Bordercats
MVP – Mason Henige, Tour Bordercats
Our last championship of the day was the STL Tour Blast vs. Mission Coast 2 Coast. Coast 2 Coast started the scoring off early and often, and cruised to a 9-4 win. Austin Resseguie and Joe Dolce led the way for Coast 2 Coast as they took home the Pee Wee AAA trophy.
